Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cookie (the "App"), a third-party mobile client for Discuit. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

About Cookie

Cookie is an independent, open-source application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Discuit in any way. Use of the App also requires a Discuit account and is subject to the Discuit Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cookie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discuit's own Terms of Service. You must not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any restrictions imposed by Discuit
• Interfere with or disrupt the Discuit service or its infrastructure
• Engage in any conduct that Discuit's Terms of Service prohibits

Intellectual Property

Cookie is open-source software. The source code is made available under its respective licence, which can be found in the Cookie GitHub repository. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights over the Discuit name, branding, or content displayed through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cookie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, nor that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any loss of data or account access resulting from changes to the Discuit API or service.

Third-Party Services

The App connects to the Discuit API to function. We have no control over Discuit's availability, content, or policies, and accept no responsibility for any disruption or change to the Discuit service that affects the App's functionality.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are under no obligation to provide updates or continued support.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
